Silk Road kharanaq is a remote, self sufficient guesthouse where food is locally provided and vegetable based. Breakfast and dinner are self serviced and kitchen facilities for shared use. In Kharanaq guests live as a family.

Depending on the season local dishes includes pistache, vig, pomme granade, walnuts, aubergine, zenjet, apples, pears, potatoe, carrot, mulberry, and traditional bread.
